INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Put 2L of milk in the Yogotherm incubator plastic bucket, add 10ml of lactase and stir. Keep in the fridge for 24h. After this time milk will already be lactose free and you will be able to produce your dairy products in the usual way.
