Kefir is a fermented milk with probiotic characteristics which has been always associated with a long and healthy life. Its texture is similar to yogurt, a little bit more liquid and slightly sparkling. It is composed by a series of bacterias and yeasts which work synergistically empowering our microbiota natural balance and protecting our organism.
*On vegetal drinks like soy, the resulting kefir texture is slightly thick and creamy, like a traditional kefir one. In case of different vegetal milks like oat or rice, as thickeners and additives are not used, texture is liquid.
