Kefir is a fermented milk with probiotic properties that has always been associated with a long and healthy life. Its texture is similar to yogurt, a little bit more liquid and slightly fizzy. It is composed of a series of bacteria and yeasts that act synergistically, strengthening the natural balance of our microbiota and protecting our organism.
*In vegetable drinks such as soybeans, the texture of the resulting kefir is slightly dense and creamy, like on a traditional kefir. In the case of other vegetable milks such as oat or rice, as no thickeners or additives are used, the texture is liquid.
